The design consultation can be done over the telephone and email or in person if you live with-in easy commute of London. You may like one of our current designs but have ideas which include the design being made in different colours or different materials. We can accommodate anything you chose. Please feel free to contact us for a no obligation quote.

We will endeavour to make your order as soon as possible. The time it will take to source the materials your design will require will be the governing factor but we set a maximum lead time of 4 weeks, but this could be as soon as 7 days if materials are in stock.

The price of the order will depend on the cost of the materials, and/or the complexity of the design. We will always quote you a price prior to sourcing materials and starting work and are committed to this being the final cost. You are free to alter your design during the design process but once a piece has been started any alterations may add extra costs to the original quotation. It is always helpful if a client has a budget to work with in and that the budget is shared with us.
