Payment:
Payment is made via PayPal, which is a simple and secure way of paying for many goods and services. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and you no longer have to be a member of PayPal to use the service to send a payment. As payments can be instant, dependant on the payment method you chose with in PayPal, your item will be sent as soon as cleared funds are received. Postage Info:
For UK customers, the charge is £3.50 per order. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery for which a signature will be required. International customers, the charge is £5.50 per order and your order will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail post. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within UK, and approximately 5-14 days for international orders. All items ordered are gift wrapped individually in "Bliss" logo glossy white boxes, hand tied with an organza ribbon, ready to present as a gift or to store your item when not being worn.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it, providing you return it in the original un-worn condition, with all the original packaging and within 7 days of your order date. The cost of return postage will not be covered by Bliss. A full refund or exchange will be given, of which the choice is yours. Your refund will be issued on receipt of the returned item. May we suggest you post your returned item recorded delivery as we can not be held responsible for returned items lost in the post. For Bespoke designs, returns will not be accepted for a refund unless faulty on receipt and if the item can be repaired this will be carried out in place of issuing a refund.
